David Brinker

David is the President of Mid-America Golfing Events and 10-time RE/MAX World Long Drive Finalist. David won the 2012 RE/MAX World Long Drive title (Legends Division) and has won multiple additional U.S. and international long-drive championships. His long drive journey began in 2004 at the Long Drivers of America tour Qualifying School in Dallas. He captured the interest of seasoned long drivers by earning his LDA tour card on his first attempt. He recorded the third-longest drive of that competition with a distance of 399 yards. In addition, David is a regular at the United States Senior Long Drive Championships. David has a flair for bringing excitement and entertainment to both corporate and charitable events. Through his efforts, he has helped raise in excess of $2,000,000 for charitable events during his long-drive tenure.

Kevin Drew

The son of a golf pro and graduate of University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Kevin Drew followed in his father’s footsteps, and been a PGA Golf Professional for nine years. Locally, he was previously the head golf orofessional at Fox Run before taking over as head golf professional at Field Club of Omaha in 2014. Before that, he was the golf pro at Castle Pines Country Club in Castle Rock, Colo. Love brought him back to Omaha, where he has been ever since. Kevin will be doing a question-and-answer session on the main stage, answering any question you have about your game, so pick his brain on golf tips and tricks while you can!

Jessica Brabec

Jessica Brabec started her career in golf in Omaha at the Web.com Tour’s Cox Classic in 2007. She immediately enjoyed working with volunteers and promoting the game, spending four years with the tournament. In 2010, she then moved to the PGA TOUR Champions’ event Principal Charity Classic, where she served as the Tournament Manager and Volunteer Director. While she worked for Bruno Event Team, she served as support staff on the travel teams for many at the BMW Championships and the 2013 U.S. Senior Open. Jessica has been Tournament Director for the Pinnacle Bank Championship since its inception in 2017 and enjoys having the chance to meet so many fans of the game.

Dr. David Brown, MD

Dr. Brown, Orthopaedic Surgeon, has been with OrthoNebraska since 1988, and primarily focuses on problems of the knee – particularly the sport-type injuries, such as cartilage and ligament repair and transplantation. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin, followed by a flexible internship and an orthopaedic residency at the Naval Hospital.  Dr. Brown retired from surgical cases in 2019, but continues to treat many patients within his clinics at both the Oakview and Sarpy County locations. In his free time, Dr. Brown enjoys playing golf, spending time with him family and teaching orthopaedic students and residents from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Jeff Ebel, DO

Dr.  Ebel is a Family Practice Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician in practice at OrthoNebraska. Prior to coming to Omaha, he completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Toledo and residency at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.  He is a graduate of Des Moines University (Osteopathic School of Medicine) and Pacific Lutheran University (Bachelor of Science in General Chemistry).  In his free time, he enjoys covering local sporting events, staying active and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Porter

Jeff Porter is the Executive Director of Hogan’s Junior Golf Heroes DBA The First Tee of OmahaA 40-year member of the PGA of America, Jeff has expended much of his energy promoting the game of golf with a particular focus on junior golf.  As a two-term member of the PGA of America’s national board of directors, Jeff was a strong proponent and advocate of the national PGA Junior Golf Tour, which ran from 1996-2016. The tour was designed to showcase the talents of junior golfers on a national stage. Annually, the tour hosted 10-12 events across the country and concluded with the National PGA Junior Championship. During this time, Jeff hosted 13 annual tour events at his respective clubs —Lochland Country Club, in Hastings, and ArborLinks, in Nebraska City. Each event attracted approximately 130 junior golfers from across the country with nearly 50 percent of the contestants hailing from Nebraska.  Jeff and wife Susie of 42 years have three children and five grandchildren and reside in Omaha.
